What A Success!
There were lots of happy folks in Scotia last weekend at the Preview Opening of our beautiful new model home where everyone enjoyed classic cars and catering by our very own Gallagher’s Pub!
More than 150 guests showed up to tour the quality built 100-year old historic home that was professionally decorated by Furniture Design Center of Eureka. More than 15 classic muscle cars were on display courtesy of Cruisin’ Fortuna and it was hard to choose a favorite as they roared into town!
Of course, no party is complete without prizes and ours was no exception. With over 40 entries, three winners were selected for the random drawing:
Keitha C. from Scotia won a $100 gift card to Home Depot
Carol F. from Fortuna won a $100 gift card to Bed, Bath & Beyond
Kelly W. from Fortuna won a 1-night stay at the Scotia Inn
Excitement is building as we get ready to release homes for sale within the next 30 to 45 days. The first Village, The Redwoods, includes 39 homes, and will be released in phases so it’s important to get pre-qualified.
